Bunny has a lot of friends. It's hard to choose who of her friends is her best friend. She loves them all so much. Each one of Bunny's friends are different. They all look different and they are all able to do different things.
Bird is a beautiful bright red cardinal. Bird can fly high in the sky and sing beautiful songs for everyone around Springer Meadow to hear. Bird also likes to hide in the brightly colored wild flowers in the meadow and catch bugs that hang out on the flowers. Bird loves to sit in the trees that are at the edge of the meadow to watch all of his animal friends coming in and out of the meadow.
When Bunny sees Bird, they talk about what they want to play today. Bird loves singing and asked Bunny to sing with him. Bird suggests that they can make up a beautiful song together. Bunny tells Bird that she cannot sing as beautifully as him. Besides, Bunny is not in the mood to sing today.
